A couple of renders from Allpar. The red appears to be an Avenger. Funnily, it's rumoured as being developed in a rear drive format. I would take that in rear drive if the interior quality is up to what we have seen as of late.
The black? I don't take much stock in it. Rendered as an eventual refresh on the dart. Which makes little sense based on the design language currently on offer with the first gen as well as where the Charger will be going aesthetically in 2015. So it's more posted as a curiosity rather than anything fap worthy. It would IMHO be a step back toward caliber design traits. And nobody wants that.

0% chance the Avenger name would be used on a RWD chassis. Avenger has ALWAYS been a FWD car. Going back to when it was a coupe, it has been a FWD chassis since day 1. If it is a RWD chassis, they will probably bring back a name like Valiant or Coronet to complete the lineup of nameplates. Not a single reason to keep the avenger name around given the car's already poor reputation and lack of brand cache if you're switching it to a RWD platform where you can take advantage of classic nameplates.

FCA did say that Dodge was going all-rear-drive (includes 4WD/AWD) with its line-up.
